Hime Gyaru Hair Tutorial

Since I've been having bangs, I've been rockin' this "gyaru" look. I totally feel like a doll when I do my hair and makeup this way. Not saying that everyone agrees but just saying in general. Watch the video to see how I achieved this look. :)
